Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach with a strong foundation in Dance, Gymnastics or related performance arts.

The ideal candidate will bring not only technical coaching expertise but also leadership, program development, and athlete management experience.

Candidates with 2–5+ years of coaching experience and a proven track record of developing athletes at both recreational and competitive levels are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Leadership & Development:

    Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs tailored to various age groups and levels from grassroots to competitive squads.

    Develop long-term athlete development pathways integrating physical conditioning, artistry, and performance excellence.

    Introduce innovative methodologies integrating best practices from rhythmic gymnastics and dance disciplines.
  • Athlete Development & Performance:

    Mentor and guide athletes to achieve their full potential ensuring both technical progress and personal growth.

    Provide individualized feedback and performance evaluations to support continuous improvement.

    Lead athletes in preparation for competitions, showcases, and examinations ensuring high standards of performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    Build strong relationships with parents, school representatives, and partner organizations through professional communication and regular updates.

    Represent the organization at official events, courses, and national/international competitions.
  • Team & Organisational Contribution:

    Collaborate with fellow coaches to align training philosophies and maintain a positive team culture.

    Contribute to strategic planning, talent identification, and the organization's long-term growth initiatives.

    Uphold safety standards, safeguarding policies, and ensure a supportive training environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of rhythmic gymnastics coaching experience with competitive coaching experience preferred.
  • Strong background in rhythmic gymnastics or ballet/dance.
  • Demonstrate ability to plan structured training programs and manage multiple athletes.
  • Experience in leading athletes at competitions, events, and workshops.
  • Coaching certifications and first aid/safety training will be advantageous.
