Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trading and Administrative Assistant to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Trading Department and assist with various tasks related to contracts, statements, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Trading Department in issuing contracts and performing other work-related duties.
  • Support the Accounts Department with daily tasks, including tallying statements, arranging courier services, and data entry.
  • Perform administrative duties as required, such as filing and maintaining records.

Requirements

  • A minimum of A Levels and higher qualifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Word.
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR status.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Prior experience in Banking or Commodity Trading is an advantage.
  • Meticulous and systematic approach to work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • A minimum salary of S$2500, based on experience (at least 3 years working experience).
