Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trading and Administrative Assistant to join our team at MyCareersFuture. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Trading Department and assist with various tasks related to contracts, statements, and data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Trading Department in issuing contracts and performing other work-related duties.
- Support the Accounts Department with daily tasks, including tallying statements, arranging courier services, and data entry.
- Perform administrative duties as required, such as filing and maintaining records.
Requirements
- A minimum of A Levels and higher qualifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Word.
- Singaporean or Singapore PR status.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Prior experience in Banking or Commodity Trading is an advantage.
- Meticulous and systematic approach to work.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- A minimum salary of S$2500, based on experience (at least 3 years working experience).
