Algorithm Researcher Position

We are seeking an exceptional Algorithm Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of large vision-language generation models in the multimedia field, focusing on breakthroughs in key algorithm technologies.

This is a challenging opportunity for individuals who excel in research and innovation. You will be working closely with product teams to ensure the smooth delivery of related products.

  • We require a Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
  • A strong background in large vision-language models, AIGC, image processing, and machine learning technologies is essential, along with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent algorithm and deep learning model development skills, proficiency in Python/C++ and AI frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch.
  • Experience in image/video processing algorithms or image processing chip development is also highly valued.
  • Broad vision, the ability to stay informed about academia and industry trends, as well as strong independent thinking ability and teamwork spirit, are essential qualities for this position.

Requirements
