Electronics Lead Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Lead Engineer to join our team focused on developing advanced laser and electro-optics systems.

  • This individual will be responsible for leading the design and integration of high-voltage power electronics, control modules, and safety systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and integrating laser drivers, high-voltage power supplies, thermal controllers, and safety interlocks.
  • This position requires proficiency in PCB tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD) and circuit simulation (e.g., PSpice, LTSpice).
  • The selected candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • At least 5 years' experience in power electronics and control systems (laser or electro-optics preferred)
  • Familiar with embedded systems, analog/digital circuits, and thermal management
  • Knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance, laser safety, and rapid prototyping
  • Strong debugging, documentation, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills
