Building Architectural Coordinator

About the Role:

This role is responsible for coordinating and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural coordination works and be proficient in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating, organising and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawings;
  • Submit & update status of drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress;
  • Supervise architectural works, and coordinate with the sub-contractors and clients on matters of building construction and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards;
  • Liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors;
  • Ensure approvals for submitted materials and shop drawings;
  • Liaise with sub-contractors on works schedule and ensure works are completed in line with overall schedule and quality;
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture or relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience in building or construction projects
  • Good knowledge in architectural coordination works
  • Good planning skills and proficient in AutoCAD
  • Organized, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lead and work independently
