Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our Robot Planning and Management System (RPMS).

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and efficient backend services for RPMS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Backend Development: Develop robust backend services for RPMS using languages such as C/C++, Python, Golang, JavaScript, and MATLAB.
  • Robotic Systems: Design, develop, and implement robotic systems for specific applications within RPMS, ensuring functionality, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Customer Requirements: Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications for robotic systems.
  • Experimentation and Testing: Conduct experiments and tests to evaluate the performance of robotic systems, refining designs to achieve optimal results.
  • Innovation: Participate in research and development projects to explore new capabilities and applications for robotics technology, driving innovation within the team.
  • Application Ownership: Take ownership of 1-2 applications within RPMS, from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Code Reviews and Maintenance: Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot, and continuously enhance the codebase to maintain system integrity, performance, security, and alignment with best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics.
  • Programming Languages: Highly proficient in one or more programming languages, including C/C++, Python, Golang, JavaScript, and MATLAB.
  • Robotics Experience: Experience in areas such as artificial intelligence techniques applied to robotics, robotics software frameworks, ROS navigation stack, cloud-based robot fleet management, simulation tools, DevOps SDLC, CI/CD, containerization technologies, API design, cloud computing platforms, Agile development methodologies, version control systems, CAD software, SaaS applications development, Linux and Windows OS, MySQL or MSSQL database server, communication protocols, and cloud native tools.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify practical solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
