About the Role

WEB SYNERGIES (S) PTE LTD is seeking a skilled Strategic HR and Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in recruitment, talent management, and human resources to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives.
  • Promote employee engagement throughout the entire lifecycle, from sourcing to exit, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Source relevant active and passive candidates through various formal and informal channels, including industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
  • Network effectively to establish strong relationships with potential candidates and existing connections.
  • Recruit candidates in accordance with the TAFEP guidelines for fair recruitment practices.
  • Analyze and develop measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and implement campus recruiting initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional account handling and support to clients.
  • Manage HR tasks, including timesheets, leaves, and claims management, efficiently and effectively.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in IT recruiting, with a proven track record of successful candidate sourcing and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and practices, as well as CEI certification.
  • Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, campus visits, and career fairs, with a flexible work schedule.
  • Proven experience in managing HR tasks, such as MOM applications, liaising with MOM, timesheets, leaves, and claims management.
