Security Team Lead

The role of the Security Team Lead involves supporting the Security Manager in maintaining a secure environment for guests, employees and hotel properties. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of security operations and daily activities.
  • Management of the security department, collaborating with the Security Manager.
  • Training all security personnel to ensure they understand their areas of responsibility.
  • Evaluation of potential security risks and hazards.
  • Promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of a High Vocational diploma in any field, with a Bachelor's degree being advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within security and safety operations.
  • Familiarity with local laws, investigative techniques, and fire safety procedures.
  • A clean criminal record.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Excellent leadership and organizational abilities, with effective prioritization skills.
