The National Kidney Foundation (NKF) is dedicated to promoting kidney health and providing quality, highly subsidised dialysis treatment and holistic care to patients. We strive to be an advocate and integrator for the community, by the community.

While supporting kidney failure patients with quality dialysis and integrated care, NKF's greater mission lies in preventing or delaying kidney failure through health education, deeper community integration, and strategic partnerships.

We work towards our Future Forward 2030 vision, committed to tackling the growing prevalence of kidney failure, enhancing patient support and care, and leveraging technology to improve treatment efficacy and quality.

This role seeks a proactive and organised Programme Manager to join our Community Care team. As a key member of our team, you will support the planning, development, and delivery of patient-centred programmes, ensuring initiatives are well-designed, effectively implemented, and impactful for the kidney care community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-lead programme design, rollout, and management using project management frameworks.
  • Ensure programmes are patient-centred, effective, and aligned with organisational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes for quality and fidelity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A degree in social service related fields, finance, mass communication, or new media is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of relevant working experience in the community care sector, preferably in programme management or project coordination.
  • Certification or experience in project management is an advantage.
