Job Description

We seek an experienced corporate governance professional to join our Legal and Secretariat team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in company secretarial work and excellent knowledge of the Companies Act, SGX Listing Rules and Corporate Governance Code.

  • Lead a team of corporate governance professionals
  • Provide training on corporate governance matters
  • Advise internal stakeholders on corporate governance matters
  • Write policies and guidelines to support internal stakeholders
  • Lead projects, including organizing large-scale events
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in law or accountancy or a qualified chartered secretary
  • A good command of English, both written and spoken
  • An eye for detail
  • A passion for professional excellence
  • Relevant experience in a regulated environment is highly desirable
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
