
Media Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Strategist to join our dynamic digital team.
- This role involves planning, executing and optimizing comprehensive paid media campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic display and emerging platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in paid media, with a strong passion for numbers, optimization and media strategy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough competitive analysis and market research to inform media strategy and identify new opportunities.
This includes developing detailed media plans with clear KPIs, budget allocation and performance benchmarks aligned with client objectives.
The ideal candidate will also be able to execute advanced audience segmentation and targeting strategies using first-party and third-party data.
Additionally, the Media Strategist will manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend allocation and ROI maximization.
This involves collaborating with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creative and landing page experiences.
The Media Strategist will stay current with platform updates, new advertising features and industry best practices.
This includes providing strategic recommendations for media mix optimization and budget reallocation.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
The Media Strategist will design and implement comprehensive tracking and measurement frameworks using Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and other advanced analytics platforms.
This involves conducting in-depth performance analysis including attribution modelling, incrementality testing and cross-channel impact assessment.
The ideal candidate will create detailed performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
This includes utilizing advanced Excel/Google Sheets functions and data visualization tools for campaign analysis.
The Media Strategist will perform A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign elements including creative, audiences and bidding strategies.
This involves monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators including ROAS, CPA, LTV and other client-specific metrics.
The successful candidate will also develop automated reporting dashboards and alerts for real-time campaign monitoring.
Client Partnership & Growth
The Media Strategist will present performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients with confidence and clarity.
This involves translating complex data into clear, actionable business insights that drive client growth.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored media strategies to achieve them.
The Media Strategist will also provide regular progress updates and ensure that clients are informed throughout the campaign process.
This involves maintaining open lines of communication and being responsive to client needs and concerns.
