About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia. As a trusted advisor, you will play a key role in helping businesses achieve their goals by providing them with innovative solutions from Google.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a pipeline of clients working towards strategic goals and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize their long-term success. You will also provide excellent client service and partnership to our customers and partners.

The Ideal CandidateJob Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Management: Prospect, manage, and forecast new business opportunities.
  • Solution Development: Create compelling presentations and develop strategic solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to develop strategies to address market potential and opportunities.
  • Client Service: Provide excellent client service and partnership to our customers and partners.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Google's client on-boarding team to effectively service clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Sales Experience: 2 years of experience in sales, media, or advertising.
  • Linguistic Skills: Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English fluently to communicate with and serve Bahasa Indonesia-speaking customers and Southeast Asia customers.

Please note that experience planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy is an added advantage. Additionally, the ability to operate and succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is crucial.


What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
