Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an airfreight executive.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate with overseas entities, exercise flexibility in shipment handling, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • You will respond to customer enquiries promptly, prioritize responsibilities, and investigate root-cause of incidents and service failure.
  • Additionally, you will process jobfile closings on a monthly basis, check AWB/BL and shipping documents, and provide feedback to customers and overseas agents.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our company.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum GCE 'O' level
  • Customer service oriented
  • Able to work over-time when required

As a global freight specialist, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
