Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at SIGNATURE CONSULTING PTE. LTD.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for leading and managing the human resources function, overseeing operations across multiple business units, and ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition and Management:
    • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent across all levels.
    • Manage talent development initiatives, including training, career progression, and succession planning.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Design competitive compensation and benefits packages, aligned with industry standards and group policies, in collaboration with finance.
    • Manage payroll functions and oversee compliance with relevant employment laws in each region.
  • Performance Management:
    • Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems and support management in setting clear KPIs and development goals.
    • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans to ensure consistency in approach across business units.
  • Compliance and Policy Management:
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of current policies and procedures and make recommendations for changes.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain consistency and fairness.
  • Employee Relations and Culture Development:
    • Foster a positive work culture and ensure alignment with the group's values and mission.
    • Act as the primary contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and staff.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze HR metrics, preparing reports for senior management to assess the impact of HR initiatives.
    • Use data-driven insights to recommend HR improvements and drive organizational performance.
  • Strategic HR Planning:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the group's growth and long-term objectives.
    • Partner with senior management to forecast HR needs based on business plans and ensure consistent HR practices across all units.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a HR role overseeing multiple business units.
