Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Aerial Operator to join our team. As an Aerial Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic and growing operations by safely operating our diverse fleet of unmanned aerial systems.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Operating drones for various applications, including facade inspections, landscape surveying, and 3D modeling.
  • Ensuring adherence to strict protocols and guidelines for safe and responsible drone operations.
  • Setting up and operating complex aerial operations, managing ground handling, pre-flight, post-flight, and routine maintenance of drone systems.
  • Evaluating risks associated with drone operations and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Performing routine maintenance on both company-owned and client-provided drones.
  • Developing and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for drone operations.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to drive data collection using ground sensors and support post-project data processing requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Polytechnic diploma in an engineering-related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be willing to work weekends on an ad-hoc basis and perform outdoor tasks.
