Job Title: Support Services Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Support Services Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong understanding of administrative procedures.

Responsibilities:
* Create Service Orders in SAP for various projects within tight deadlines.
* Liaise with internal customers to build strong working relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Select the correct equipment numbers to ensure proper warranty identification and categorize equipment into appropriate platforms.
* Print Delivery Notes and perform acknowledgements in SAP, updating job status accordingly.

Requirements:
* Minimum N Level in Business Administration or a related field.
* Up to 1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong customer service skills and ability to build good relationships with colleagues and clients.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual abilities.
