We are seeking a highly skilled Trading Operations Specialist to join our Front Office Technology team. As a key member of our global execution systems group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex trading platforms that execute our strategies in global financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for our real-time global execution system, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot critical production issues, identifying and resolving bugs and inefficiencies to minimize downtime.
  • Configure, test, and deploy applications and back-end processes, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve user requests, provide technical guidance, and drive issue resolution.
  • Analyze and optimize system latencies to ensure timely execution of trades.
  • Participate in all phases of project development, from design to deployment, with a focus on production support and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with technology groups to ensure smooth releases and upgrades.
  • Interact with developers, quants, portfolio managers, and remote support staff to drive technical excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with DevOps lifecycle and source control systems.
  • Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases.
  • Proficiency in Python scripting and debugging C++ code.
  • Experience with change management in regulated environments.
