**Product Management Role**
Job Description:- Manage the product lifecycle, from introduction to end-of-life (EOL), ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Anticipate challenges to product lines and develop strategies to mitigate them, enhancing the overall product performance.
- Drive business opportunities for the product group, particularly for new business areas, by identifying and capitalizing on market trends.
- Plan marketing and product-related activities with a focus on achieving strong returns on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with the local marketing team to develop the annual marketing plan, including advertising, promotions, activities, and sales kits.
- Equip the sales team with necessary product knowledge to enable effective selling of products.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all product-related enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Develop and implement channel marketing programs to achieve sales goals and foster strong working relationships with channel partners.
- Communicate clearly and support partners in the execution of channel marketing initiatives, driving revenue growth.
- Participate in joint visits with sales colleagues and potential partners when required, building strategic partnerships.
- Create programs aimed at improving sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through performance, enhancing overall product success.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of products, including their features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Market Research: Strong research skills to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Data Analysis: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform product decisions.
- Trend Identification: Capacity to recognize and capitalize on emerging trends in the market.
- Product Marketing: Proven ability to develop and execute effective product marketing strategies.
- Printers: Familiarity with printers and related technologies.
- Pricing Strategy: Understanding of pricing strategies and their impact on product profitability.
- Strategy: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Product Management: Experience in managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Market Entry: Knowledge of market entry strategies and their implementation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Product Development: Understanding of product development processes and timelines.
- Pricing: Familiarity with pricing models and their application.
- Electrical Engineering: Basic knowledge of electrical engineering principles and their application in product development.
- Product Launch: Experience in launching new products and managing associated campaigns.
