We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our operations team and ensure the effective management of incidents within our IT environment.
A brief summary of your job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement incident management processes to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to services.
- Collaborate with various teams to efficiently manage incidents and ensure effective communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Establish operational standards, best practices, and procedures for incident management.
- Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for process improvement.
- Monitor system performance and availability, taking proactive measures to mitigate potential issues.
- Lead IT operations activities to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Report to senior management on incident trends, service performance, and improvement initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the ops and incident management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
