About the Job

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our operations team and ensure the effective management of incidents within our IT environment.

A brief summary of your job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement incident management processes to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to services.
  • Collaborate with various teams to efficiently manage incidents and ensure effective communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
  • Establish operational standards, best practices, and procedures for incident management.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Monitor system performance and availability, taking proactive measures to mitigate potential issues.
  • Lead IT operations activities to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Report to senior management on incident trends, service performance, and improvement initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the ops and incident management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
