Training Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our training operations and learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, meeting invitations, security clearance, material preparation, setup, and attendance tracking.
  • Collect and consolidate post-training feedback from participants.
  • Ensure materials and roadmaps are up-to-date on internal repositories and microsites.
  • Prepare regular reports on training activities and attendance.
  • Support registration and tracking for mandatory courses.
  • Maintain training-related data, including attendance records, run history, and workshop materials.
  • Generate reports to monitor training attendance and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support for training and development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in HR Management, Business Administration, People Development, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in training coordination or HR support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and experience generating reports from enterprise systems is advantageous.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Positive attitude and strong team player with good communication skills.
