Job Title

We are looking for a talented Frontend UX Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for developing high-quality user interfaces using HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

Job Description

The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering with a leading Tech company to find the right candidate for this role.
  • We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to work on a contract basis.
  • Candidates who are immediately available and able to start work within short notice will be preferred.

The Talent

  • Templating Language: Strong experience with a templating language (Jslayout/Wiz is a plus).
  • UI Development: Experience developing user interfaces using html/css/js without relying on frameworks.
  • Styling: Proficiency with CSS and Sass.
  • Design Tokens: Understanding and experience using design tokens.
  • TypeScript & TSX: Experience with TypeScript and TSX for UI development.
  • Web Development Best Practices: Familiarity with established coding standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Component Migration: Replacing existing UI components with modern, standardized components.
  2. Component Customization: Modifying and styling existing components to align with specific visual design specifications.
  3. Custom Component Development: Creating new, custom UI components where standard components do not fully meet the project's needs.
  4. Design Token Integration: Implementing and utilizing design tokens to ensure consistent styling and maintainability across the UI.
  5. Code Quality: Writing well-structured, maintainable code.
  6. Collaboration: Active collaboration with the UX Engineer and Design team to understand requirements.
