About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Operations Excellence Specialist. This role is responsible for driving operational improvements and ensuring the smooth daily operations of our business.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Oversee ongoing business operations and procedures.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Mentor and train colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for all business applications.
  • Providing first-level support for operational system queries regarding business applications.
  • Developing solution designs for new application development based on business requirements.
  • Facilitating training for new employees, new functionality in different applications, or new business processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning.
  • Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
  • Lean or Six Sigma qualification is an advantage.
