Facility Management Leadership

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the building and facilities management operations that house complex communications and technology systems.

This role involves leading a team of Facility Engineers with experience in M&E, HVAC, Building Maintenance, Technology Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring day-to-day operations and upkeep of the site and its operational requirements to maintain full functionality without incident.
  • Negotiating and managing real-estate contracts, including property leasing, contractors, facilities, electrical and security services, and government-related health and safety requirements.
  • Conducting regular inspection activities and checking the building/facilities for defects or faulty equipment.
  • Overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of the Building Facility which includes electrical, mechanical, electronics, and major/minor work related to the building.
  • Managing purchase orders for parts replacements, severe maintenance, or overhauling.
  • Leading the documentation, coordination, and operational aspect of building administration management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Building/Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • A minimum of 14 to 16 years' working experience in Building & Facilities, Network Facilities, Data Centre Facility in a Senior capacity.
  • Skilled in M&E management systems, security management (physical and technology).
  • Strong leadership skills in managing the department of managers, supervisors, team leads, internal and external staff.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and colleagues for guidance and consultation.
  • Comfortable traveling island-wide and handling contracts management.
