As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for the operation of the tram along the designated route within the wildlife reserve, delivering engaging commentary to enhance visitor experiences. Additionally, you will assist in managing visitor flow, provide guidance at tram stations, and address guest inquiries and feedback, ensuring that safety and service excellence are consistently upheld.

Position Title: Tram Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the tram along the designated route while providing informative commentary
  • Facilitate crowd management and assist with guest inquiries and feedback
  • Carry out additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent
  • Possession of a Class 3 Driving License is mandatory
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Strong presentation abilities and a confident, energetic personality
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
