Home Care Nurse Job Description

This role requires a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide comprehensive well-being support to key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating their care, ensuring they receive the best possible outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care, including routine monitoring of blood glucose and blood pressure levels, as well as lifestyle and dietary guidance.
  • Provide medical and physical support to key stakeholders during overseas travel, ensuring their needs are met and they feel safe and secure.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of proven nursing experience, with prior experience as a Paramedic being an added advantage.
  • Strong clinical knowledge, particularly in emergency response and cardiology, is essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will be skilled in both fundamental nursing practices and specialized procedures, as well as being compassionate, attentive, and positive in approach.
  • A Diploma or Degree in Nursing is required for this position, along with a willingness to undertake ad-hoc overseas travel as required.
