Job Title: Infrastructure Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the tender preparation, contract administration, and progress claims for large-scale infrastructure projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in tender preparation, analysis, and evaluation of construction projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive bid proposals for management's review and approval.
  • Administer contracts for secured projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Evaluate and prepare accurate progress payments to subcontractors/suppliers/service providers.
  • Maintain close liaison with client or consultant's Quantity Surveyors.
  • Collaborate closely with project staff, particularly Project Directors.
  • Monitor and manage all variation orders effectively.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience in condominium project development is highly beneficial.
