Retail Operations Manager Job Summary

About This Role:

  • Achieve assigned targets and goals set by management.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in managing a retail outlet or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of best practices for running a retail outlet.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales orientation and customer focus.
  • Professionalism, independence, and initiative, with strong self-motivation.
