At GOLDEN LANDSCAPE & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD., we are seeking a skilled Horticulturist to join our team. As a Horticulturist, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of our clients' plants and trees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to discuss horticulture-related matters.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to meet their satisfaction.
  • Attend feedback sessions regarding horticultural works and provide constructive feedback.
  • Advise clients on proper care and maintenance of various types and species of trees.
  • Identify diseases, pests, and insect infestations that affect tree health.
  • Assess plants, trees, and materials to be delivered to site as per drawing.
  • Attend site meetings with clients and report to management regarding meeting outcomes.
  • Responsible for all site issues and ensure problems are resolved properly with clients.
  • Follow NParks standards and execute implementation.
  • Provide necessary documents for projects, including Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedure, Method of Statement, Work Schedules, and other required documents.
  • Conduct site briefings and tool box meetings for workers.
  • Execute landscape awarded projects and maintenance.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and meet clients to discuss sales enquiries and follow up on submitted quotations and proposals.
  • Attend Tender Interviews and site show rounds.
  • Liaise with operation team for delivery of ordered items.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays if required.
  • Positive and independent individual with good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
