Job Description
As a Data Mart Specialist, you will own and drive the product roadmap for various data marts/data products supporting internal/external data users. You will manage and work closely with stakeholders to drive and implement product enhancements to fulfill user and business requirements. Your key responsibilities include prioritizing users' requests, delivering high-quality Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), collaborating with other product teams/engineer teams/project managers to drive feature releases, promoting and driving usage of data marts/data products across regional/local data users through initiatives such as conducting sharing/training sessions, creating/maintaining user guides, and serving as a data domain expert for your portfolio.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Prior working experience in data mart/product design or e-commerce business intelligence/data analytics is preferred. Experience in SQL, creating dashboards using BI tools, excellent analytical/logical thinking/problem-solving/stakeholder management/project management/product sense/communication/writing skills, ability to work in a dynamic/agile environment, energetic/positive attitude/effective team player are all required.
