The role involves taking a design brief to understand requirements, developing original designs for marketing collateral and decks, website SEO, creating suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey, reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the website and social media pages, using A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance, presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions, identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions, designing and developing a strong employer branding strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Take a design brief to understand requirements
  • Develop original designs for marketing collateral and decks
  • Website SEO
  • Create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey
  • Review and optimize the design and content of all online assets including the website and social media pages
  • Use A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance
  • Presentation of ideas, concepts, and design solutions
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
  • Design and develop a strong employer branding strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong design eye and understanding of design concepts
  • At least 1 year of experience in Design or Digital Marketing
  • Ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate ideas to stakeholders
  • Experience within the industry is a strong advantage
  • High attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  • Self-starter with resilience
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments
