The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing procedures and safety compliances, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and policies. They will also possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to work effectively with surgeons and anaesthetists to provide safe anaesthetic care.
In this role, you will participate in scrubbing, circulating, and recovery duties, as well as provide pre- and post-operative care. You will also be responsible for carrying out proper housekeeping in accordance with Infection Control Standards and updating work processes accurately in our digital operating theatre system.
Additionally, you will conduct inventory checks on medication supplies and consumables, ensuring that our operating theatres are equipped with the necessary resources to provide high-quality patient care.
To qualify for this position, you should be a registered nurse with a Diploma in Nursing from the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and hold a valid BCLS + AED certificate. Experience in the operating theatre is preferred but not necessary.
