Job Title: Sales Representative

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to customers. They will also be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education to customers.
  • Assist the sales team with technical product knowledge and support.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to customers and prospective clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing technical guidance and expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and propose suitable products or solutions.
  • Work with the engineering team to understand the technical details of products and resolve customer issues.

Requirements:
  1. Good communication and presentation skills.
  2. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
  3. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  4. Willingness to travel as needed.
