Job Summary:

The Aviation Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of passengers, staff, and assets at the airport. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screening of passengers at designated zones to ensure compliance with security regulations
  • Manual bag checks to prevent prohibited items from entering the airport
  • Usage of security screening equipment to screen passengers and luggage
  • X-ray screening of checked-in luggage to detect any prohibited items
  • Performing other security-related roles as required by the airport

Requirements:

  • 1 N Levels / 1 O Level / WPLN 3 x Level 4
  • Shift pattern will be 4 working days with 2 days off or 5 days work with 1 day off
  • 12 hours permanent shift
