Job Description:
  • Evaluate Tenders and Prepare Tender Submissions
  • Establish Databases for Costs, Materials and Supply Sources
  • Calculate Construction Costs Based on Project Drawings and Documents
  • Assist in the Assessment of Contractual Claims, Work Progress and Other Related Issues
  • Invite Sub-contractors to Submit Quotations and Evaluate Them Accordingly
  • Prepare Project Budgets, Reports and Cost Estimations
  • Monitor Budgets and Track Direct Costs on Projects
  • Resolve Outstanding Claim Issues on Final Accounts and Variation Orders

Required Skills and Qualifications:
