Job Title: Cargo Logistics Coordinator

 

Coordinate and manage the logistics and shipping operations for both inbound and outbound freight, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. This includes assisting in preparing and reviewing shipping documents, including airway bills, bills of lading, and other required import/export paperwork.

 

The ideal candidate will have relevant working experience and be able to inspect cargo in the warehouse, ensuring proper storage, handling, and compliance with safety regulations. They should also be skilled in data entry tasks related to shipment tracking, cargo details, and other logistics documentation.

 

Additionally, the successful candidate will provide support to both clients and internal teams, answering queries related to shipments, documentation, and logistics processes. They will also collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any operational issues or delays.

 

The role requires a strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
