Senior Portfolio Manager

The Role
This position will be responsible for leasing of commercial properties within a designated portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation and presentation skills, as well as the ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates.
- Secure new tenancies, identify market segments, and manage lease renewals with existing clients.
- Conduct market research, including competitor analysis and benchmarking of rentals and occupancy costs.
- Maintain good relationships with tenants and prospects.
Requirements:
- Degree in Estate Management, Building, Real Estate, or Business Marketing.
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in leasing.
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry and an extensive network of contacts.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Registration as a Salesperson under the Estate Agents Act or equivalent qualifications preferred.
