Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SAP and pharmacy data, including price changes, deletion of obsolete information, and entry of new products.
  • Oversee the work of purchasing officers, ensuring proper documentation of goods returned and regular follow-up with suppliers.
  • Responsible for item master maintenance, including price changes, deletion of obsolete information, and entry of new products.
  • Assist in promotional activities, including liaising with suppliers, updating staff, and circulating promotional brochures.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory and ensure storage is in accordance with security, environmental, and product shelf-life parameters.
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and requests for special purchases.
  • Conduct appraisals with staff.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Will be rostered to work at least 1 Saturday every month.
  • Advantageous to have procurement-related or retail management experience.
  • Preferred to have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
