Outlet Manager Job Description

The Outlet Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house and heart-of-house operations. They are responsible for managing daily tasks, monitoring reservation status, and communicating with culinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor reservation status and communicate with culinary teams
  • Plan and control manning to meet business needs
  • Inspect outlet appearance, orderliness, cleanliness, and setup before each meal period
  • Manage outsource labor supply, casual labor, and overtime
  • Communicate with team during daily briefings and conduct monthly department meetings
  • Ensure regular training and re-training as needed
  • Maintain service standards and procedures
  • Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance
  • Lead the F&B team to personalize guest dining experiences
  • Provide immediate attention to guest complaints and implement service recovery procedures
  • Work closely with culinary teams to maintain food quality and create attractive products
  • Regularly review guest comments and implement solutions for continuous improvement
  • Focus on the dining experience for LCAH members
  • Implement, monitor, train, and maintain control measures to impact costs
  • Plan, implement, and measure profit enhancement programs
  • Interpret financial reports and create plans to improve profits
  • Compile financial data and use it to coach the service team
  • Provide necessary training and guidance to F&B team
  • Recruit, develop, and retain competent F&B team members
  • Support F&B team to be consistent in service and have regular team meetings
  • Drive consistent service and process improvement, be entrepreneurial
  • Use the performance review process to identify and develop talent
  • Interface the needs/requirements of other departments with the F&B Service
  • Provide a level of Safety & Security for all colleagues
  • Develop own knowledge and skills to grow as a business partner and leader
