ESAL Teacher

At Invictus International School PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled ESAL Teacher to join our team.

As an ESAL Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our learners, fostering a love for learning and encouraging academic excellence.

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of ESAL learners, utilizing a range of teaching strategies to promote student engagement and understanding.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs, ensuring that all students have access to challenging and relevant curriculum content.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective ESL programs, sharing best practices and expertise to enhance student outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to ESL education, ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced ESAL Teacher who possesses:

• A degree in Education or a related field, with a specialization in ESL or a related area.
• At least two years of experience teaching ESAL learners, preferably in an international setting.
• Proven ability to create engaging and inclusive lesson plans that cater to diverse learner needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in ESL education and incorporating new ideas and approaches into their teaching.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
