Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst/IT Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and advice to employees and customers, installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and systems, and troubleshooting and solving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and advice to employees and customers on computer hardware, software, and systems.
  • Hardware and Software Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and solve technical issues relating to computers, phones, and tablets.
  • Network Security: Maintain network security and equipment safety.

  • Training and Development: Train and guide employees on the use of technology.
  • Technology Evaluation: Evaluate, configure, and implement new technology for the company.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Education: At least a Diploma in IT-related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, managed services, troubleshooting, data analysis, data management, problem-solving, data quality, computer hardware, technology solutions, application support, networking, operating systems, customer service, network security, data visualization, and technical support.
