**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the production plan, ensuring the availability of raw materials and intermediates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Planning: Develop and manage the production plan, ensuring the availability of raw materials and intermediates.
  • Order Confirmation: Confirm orders promptly upon receipt of firmed orders, new opportunities, discontinuations, or replacement requests, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Supply Planning: Oversee local raw material supply planning.
  • Capacity Planning: Regularly review and update the capacity matrix, safety stock levels, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and packaging sizes.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the reduction of Slow Moving and Obsolescent Stocks (SLOBs), and prepare monthly write-off reports for management approval.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports on production, identifying and addressing issues and bottlenecks that could impact production schedules and delivery deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Exhibit proactive problem-solving skills and collaborate effectively with internal and cross-functional teams to meet KPIs and service levels.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Handle scheduled and ad-hoc reports and dashboards, including projects related to artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in supply planning.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Production Planning or Supply Planning.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP ERP systems.
  • Soft Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence, with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Personal Qualities: Proven track record of ownership and delivering high-quality results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong multitasking abilities.
