This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day facilities management operations within a town council. As a Property Manager, you will provide leadership to a team of Property Officers and ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect routine maintenance/improvement works
- Provide advisory on facilities management matters
- Establish and maintain good rapport with relevant agencies and contractors
- Bachelor's degree in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University
- Minimum 3 years of experience in estate management
- Experience as Assistant Property Manager
- Salary: $4500 - $5000 per annum
