About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Expert to join our team at DBS Bank. As a key member of the Risk Management Group, you will play a critical role in managing the bank's risk exposure and ensuring that our business operations are aligned with our risk management objectives.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct regular reviews of assigned cases, update management on developments, and handle litigations in various locations, coordinating with lawyers. You will also be responsible for appearing before various Courts, Tribunals, Commissions, Appellate Tribunals, and Regulatory Authorities for resolving critical issues as and when required. Additionally, you will establish compliance standards and compliance frameworks based on internal policies and local law & regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need 10 years of experience in handling litigations, a very sound knowledge of Court proceedings, and experience in Banks/NBFC. A Graduate in Law and good legal acumen with strong experience in litigation are also essential. You will also need exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as a high level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
