EDI Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled EDI Support Specialist to join our team. As an EDI Support Specialist, you will provide technical support for Seeburger BIS and troubleshoot EDI-related issues in a timely manner.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Seeburger BIS (Business Integration Suite)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues in a timely manner
  • Monitor EDI transactions and ensure successful data exchanges
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand and address their EDI needs
  • Document support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in EDI technology and Seeburger BIS

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of EDI concepts and standards (e.g., EDIFACT, ANSI X12)
  • Experience with Seeburger BIS or similar EDI platforms (not mandatory)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an (EDI) support role
  • Knowledge of other integration technologies and protocols (e.g., AS2, FTP, SFTP)
