Job Title: Team Leader, Karting

The Palawan at Sentosa is an entertainment precinct on Sentosa Island in Singapore. Our beach playground features unique dining experiences and leisure activities such as electric go-karting and a floating aqua park.

As a skilled and experienced Team Leader, Karting, you will oversee our karting operations and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Go-Kart Assistant Manager in daily operations
  • Manage karting operations and experiences
  • Maximise the performance of our karting facility
  • Provide solutions to recurring issues
  • Ensure guest safety and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Passion for Go-Kart Operations
  • Experience working in attractions environments
  • Knowledge of Go-Kart safety requirements
  • Uphold professional values, ethics, and integrity
  • Willingness to work shifts
