As a skilled Cut and Prepare professional, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing various ingredients to ensure timely and efficient delivery to our kitchen staff.

Cutting and preparing ingredients is not just about technical skills; it also requires an understanding of food safety and handling procedures. You will need to work closely with our chefs to meet prep demands during service hours and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the prep area, tools, and equipment at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and cut meats, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients
  • Maintain consistency in size and shape of ingredients to ensure even cooking and proper presentation
  • Ensure all ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and rotated according to food safety standards
