Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to ensure the quality of manufactured components through dimensional inspections and technical document management.

This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of visual aids, checklists, and training materials to reinforce quality awareness across teams.


  • Compile and coordinate the submission of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) to customers in accordance with AS9102 requirements.
  • Maintain and update technical documents, drawings, specifications, and process instructions to ensure traceability and version control.
  • Perform dimensional inspections of manufactured components using calibrated tools and equipment to verify conformance to engineering specifications.
  • Document inspection results and escalate non-conformances for review and resolution.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities to address quality issues and drive improvement.
  • Prepare documentation and evidence packages for internal and external audits, including regulatory and customer audits.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects by collecting data, identifying trends, and supporting implementation of process enhancements.
