The successful candidate will be responsible for providing psychological interventions and assessments for children and adolescents with a range of difficulties, including emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological assessments and interventions for children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral, and mental health difficulties
  • Work with children, adolescents, and their families to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Conduct psychometric assessments and interpret results to inform treatment decisions
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Write comprehensive reports and provide recommendations for treatment and care
  • Participate in education and research activities to stay up-to-date with best practices
Requirements
  • Master or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an accredited university program
  • Registration or membership with professional psychological bodies, such as the Singapore Psychological Society
  • Good understanding of child and adolescent development
  • Ability to work with children and adolescents, and their families
  • Sound knowledge of psychometric assessments and competency in administering and interpreting a wide range of psychological assessments and self-report questionnaires
  • Well-developed skills in delivering CBT and other interventions
  • Sound case formulation skills
  • Understanding of evidence-based treatments in eating disorders
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports with recommendations
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with good organization skills and time management
  • Ability to maintain and ensure timely and high-quality clinical documentation
  • Demonstrate a commitment to clinical excellence and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral, and mental health difficulties
  • Knowledge of Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for eating disorders
  • Ability to speak a second local language and/or dialect
