Project Coordinator Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the product team, you will play a critical role in driving product success by bringing it to users.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive product adoption by conducting user interviews, partnering with product managers and designers, and running sprint plannings, scrums, and retrospectives.
  • Track and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct and support through systems, users, and security tests pre-release.
  • Run user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-release.
  • Provide product support and work with product/engineering to identify and fix bugs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in building digital products with at least 4 years of experience in delivering effective products with limited resources.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute, and technical writing.
  • Highly meticulous and tenacious, with the ability to follow up on things to close.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
