Key Responsibilities
  • Perform service activities related to refrigeration chillers, including maintenance, commission, service, install, retrofit, and repair.
  • Work with chillers to support sales schedule planning and prepare reports for management's review.
  • Maintain the sales service quality and timeliness of answers to customer's questions and problems.
  • Manage assets devoted to supporting sales service efforts, including facilities, vehicle, equipment, and parts inventory, and exercise cost reduction processes in accordance with budget control objectives.
  • Develop new design, sales, and service opportunities and provide sales service support to existing clients.
  • Travel to perform sales service locally and overseas and provide support as and when required.
  • Coordinate and support contractors.
  • Perform ad-hoc and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in engineering qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the semicon industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, web design, and 2D drawing.
  • Customer-centric with good oral and written skills.
  • Hand-on with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong analytical mind, good problem-solving, independent, and goal-driven.
